Project 8 - Performance and Award Night

Here comes the last studio project. First of all, allow me to celebrate with shoutings - WUHOOOOOOOOOO~~~~~~~~ Finally, it has come to an end! It is the full stop for RUS104 studio. I would say that my journey of RUS104 studio has ended perfectly with this awesome night. 

The theme for this project is “The Lost Kingdoms” and we, QS are the Majapahit Kingdom. We were required to dress in traditional costume related to Majapahit Kingdom and present with a performance. Initially, we were showed by the lecturers with this costume,

We were so shocked when seeing the costume they suggested. So after much thoughtful and serious considerations, we decided to DIY (Do It Yourself) our own costumes. So, we went to Bukit Jambul Complex to buy the red cloth and gold colour accessories. The design of our dress is a combination of simple and fashion yet not losing the concept of traditional. With that, we won the “Best Costume” award.

Regarding the performance, we presented ourselves with a traditional dance - Asmaradana, with an additional of retro. We were so afraid that we will fail the dancing, but then cheers from audience proved me wrong. They were so happy and exciting when we were performing the “Rock Around the Clock” and at that time, I knew it was a success. Yes, we did it!
