Project 7 - Exhibition

In this project, each major has to exhibit their studio works at their respective booth at HBP drum. The theme of the exhibition is “floating lines”. We, QS share a booth with CM, and our booth is located just next to architecture’s. We were so stressed when knowing about this. But after consulted Miss Amelia, the QS studio tutor, we designed our table with this, which corresponds to the theme of floating lines.

The table is decorated by wire net. We scratched the wire net into wave forms in order to create an illusion of floating lines.

To complete this task, we spent two sleepless nights to decorate our booth. We scratched our head thinking designs that suit the theme, we bought the materials needed together, we ran like “orang gila” in Queensbay Mall at 9pm to have our dinner and buy stuffs at the same time, we even had our sleep in car…… Those are the memories that will always stay in my mind. I feel I’m closer to my course mates after this project. We worked hard together, but also didn’t forget to play hard at the same time. Haha. I am glad to be in QS family as I have a bunch of friends that are smart, brilliant and also cute. ^.^
